As a result of server updates done over the 2009 Christmas holidays, sites with hosted Moodle sites should be aware that the ftp address has changed to:
(Logins / passwords have not changed – but should be in lower case)
We recommend using an FTP client such as WS-FTP for access, rather than a web browser
