LOCK / UNLOCK THE PATH

Learners are automatically locked in a path if they exceed the maximum number of post-tests allowed in Enrollment Settings. Instructors, Web Instructors, and Administrators can also lock a learner in a path to prevent further progress.

Lock the Path

From any Enrollment Management screen, select a learner and a path.

Select from the Settings options.

Select a message to be displayed for the learner from the drop down list.

Unlock the Path

From any Enrollment Management screen, select a learner and a path.

Select from the Settings options.
