ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT BY PATH

ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT BY PROGRAM/GROUP

Selecting Enrollment Management by Program/Group displays enrollment information organized by learners who have been assigned to a program/group selected from the drop down list. Active learners are listed alphabetically. A single mouse click will display information about and apply toolbar options to the selected learner. Double-clicking displays a list of paths in which that learner is enrolled with further options for managing enrollment of a specific learner in a selected path.

Enrollment Management by Program/Group Screen Elements:

	Instructor Toolbar Options: Home - Returns to Instructor Main Menu. Tasks - Generate Reports, access To Do List, display list of Completed Paths. Comm - Access to communication tools (Internal eMail, Chat, live conferencing). Help - Displays context sensitive help. Logout - Exits from Nautikos Blue and returns to login screen.
	Enrollment Management by Program/Group Toolbar Options: Settings - Edit Learner Settings Enrollment - Select paths to add to learner's Enrolled Courses list Learner Information - View/edit learner information
	Select a Program/Group from the drop down list (list is labeled Groups for Web Instructors).
Learner List	Alphabetical listing of all learners assigned to the selected group.
	Display previous or next 5 learners in the learner list.
	Enter beginning character(s) of learner's last name to jump to that section of the learner list.
Learner Detail	Displays settings and the number of paths in which the learner is currently enrolled.
